Seen you talking about this and went to watch it to find someone answered this already. The trailer was recorded maybe a month ago and thought it would make more sense for the Reservoir switch to be a brick rather a normal trap switch.

Well him having the Golden Rod on him means its a continuation, and I've heard voice files of him saying "NOW IVE GOT EVERYTHING!" or something similar when he picks up the stone.

I don't think there's another main easter egg FOR THIS MAP but there is surely another map coming out.

Nice post. Some good thought on these maps here. Makes alot of ppl wonder.
