I have a sixpack, it takes weeks of going to the gym daily;
If your rooting for one; i suggest the following exercises
- SItups
- Running
- Cycling.

Press/Push ups only help with the triceps,shoulders,chest,trapez(the muscle between your shoulder and ur neck),fingers and wrist. Not abs.
Just eat properly with a good diet exercise regularly (everyday if you can). And try to do some sit ups every day (they give you muscle, not make you loose weight). Start out simple with like only 30 every day then move up to 40, 50, 60 etc. It takes dedication to get your six pack.

i dont think anybody has any idea what they are talking about, i dont know why you are asking a bunch of kids on a tech site about how to get abs, all im sayin is if you believe these guys and you start working out every day, once you get your muscles all f^cked up, i will laugh. but do what you want
