ok well i bought oblivion a few days ago for the oc and it wont install like it worked for my laptop but not for myy pc when i put it in my computer a little window comes up saying allow od not allow and i click allow and then it sounds like my fans in my pc are going really fast and then really slow really fast really slow and does that for like 30 seconds then nothing else happens? could any one help me? i have searched google but i wanted to post on here since there are 40000 members and mabey some one else has had this problame thanks in advance

oh and there will be a 200 rep award if some one answers correctly and helps me and please do not spamm like dont post saying i downloaded it no problame only post if you have a solution

Well i dunno whats wrong, but that happened to me, and i took it to a pc place, and they had to replace the motherboard and grpahics cards

well did it cost you any money i just got a new graphics card not to long ago its a 6200 nvidia gforce graphics card

well it cost me 500 but we have diff curency, and ye maybe not enough mem
go to My computer right click C: and click properties and it will tlel you how much free

and greenbird i looked on my computer in the start menu and it said my HP (C has 205 GB of 289 free so i dont think its that but ther is this thing called recovery (D with 1gb free of 8.7 and the requirments of memory for oblivion are 4.6 gb of hard disk space ?

hmmm maybe ur CPU and motherboard cant handle, also do u have enough RAM?

maybe your firewall or whatever you have does not let you download it. even though you clicked allow sometimes things still wont download. happens to me here and there

Your graphics on the pc could be to low to support the game
