how long will it take to get ripped and really fit?
im 6ft 160lbs and ive been going to the gym for about a week 1/2
and does drinking protein help?

Yes, drinking protein is helpful as it helps your muscles. A good diet is also needed to get ripped and in shape.
It would take take around maybe 2 months to get in shape.
To get "ripped" would take months or working out at least 5 days a week for 2+ hours per day.

so if i drink protein daily and go to the gym 5 days a week it will take like a month or 2?

yes but you need to keep increasing weights every time you go.. not drastic just like 5 lbs more..

yeah i have been like the first day i started off with just 5lbs on the incline press and now im on 20lbs.. on the first day i tried 20lbs and i couldnt lift it at all now its pretty easy
