Did you try hitting the play button! If you got that far then i would say to redownload the latest version and if that doesn't work then i would change the file type! Hope i helped!

That's probably the problem. Try some of the other settings in the drop menu and click test and see if any of them work. Can you play YouTube videos and hear audio?
