Sounds scary if you can't figure out if your in dream or reality, seems like if you do it wrong it could seriously f*ck you up. The sleep paralysis is a bit scary too, I've experienced it before and freaked out until I woke up.

I might try this, can anyone share some stories and what they were thinking during the whole thing?

their are alot of rumors to wake yourself up, slap yourself in the dream shout "this is just a dream" or i've heard one before you try write a A on your hand which stands for awake, and look it it during the experiance
