Okay this is one of the easiest fixes.
Take your hard drive out.
Blow on it/tapp it on something and it works.
It could be to late if you left it on after the power outage.

they will display 4 different patterns ....


* All four lights flashing - 0
* One light flashing - 1
* Two Lights flashing - 2
* Three lights flashing - 3


so its can be 0001 0002 0003 3330 3331 ......

when you figure that code out let me know and ill tell you what it is...

try fixing the x-clamps or penny trick also something like that happened to me, what i did was unplug my xbox and then plugged it in another room check out my youtube too see how

unplug the cables leave it for about 5 mins then plug them in and start it if it dosent work get a new one btw take your hardrive out while your doing it
