Seriously guys,i want to know your thoughts on why IW put in the mission "no russion"?
Tbh i think this is a pointless mission, they could have left it out and then the game would be a 15.
Post your thoughts.

I think it was just a part of the terrorism that Makarov was doing, trying to cover up everything he had been doing by leaving an american body behind.

this is my 666th post, creepy.

Well, they knew it would cause shock and controversy. Maybe a sly marketing trick?
People always want what they shouldn't be able to get. See what I mean? BUT, seriously...
if it were not for this mission... you wouldn't even know who Makarov was or anything. I also
gives a good reason why Russia would launch such a mass invasion on the US.

Who knows? Someone need to ask Mr. Bowling on that one.

[rant]Shock value? honestly, if you cant handle a video game worse things than this happen all over the world as we speak. If you are offended by what happens in a video game then I think you need to take a look at what happens in the world while we live in the comfort of a first world country where life for us is video games or resturaunts. War isnt one honorable soldier standing against a pile of dirt and running out of ammo then leaving. War is death, war is a bunch of kids trying to hurt eachother in the lowest possible way. There is no "below the belt" anymore. So before you ask why video games are violent, ask first why the world is violent and then you have your answer

Look. The CIA sent in Allen to be part of Makorav's men. Well. He did that. But during that time Makorav knew that the CIA agent Allen wasn't who he said he was. So. At the end of the mission he decided to leave the body there at the russian Airport and it would cause war between USA and Russia. But who knows what he really meant to do. Kill the people for some money? Sheperd was paying him to do it? Oh and Makorov does terrorism for money. Said that in the campaign before the "No Russian" mission. So. maybe Sheperd was paying him to kill them and try to blame it on an american. But why is it called "No Russian"?

That makes no sense. Allen went in there undercover to stop Makarov. But Allen was compromised and killed to start war.

I think the mission was pointles. They could have either done one of two things instead:
1. Used the entire mission as a "Cut Scene" where you are doing th mission through "Allens eyes" and at the end when Makarov kills you it would be like when Jackson died in COD MW.
2. Started out as a cut scene and allowed you to play when you got outside and engaged the Russian police.

Either option would have been better than what they had. There was no point to the slaughter, it did nothing for the game.

Just my opinion
