I think 3D will suck.

But, The future looks good.

IW and Sledgehammer are really listening to the community.

Maybe someone will follow in their footsteps.

I will say no to multiple things.
The reason i say no is this, companies like microsoft are just being stupid with what they make and where they take it. For example"Kinect".
They make it, and at first its a craze, people loved it, and it was advanced as you had to use no controller. Hands free. Then they go and make dumb games and the only on people play is dance central. SOMETIMES. I rarely if ever see people playing it and if they are its because they have young family over for entertainment.
Another thing is for Sony, they go and copy Wii with a little r3tarded stick with a ball on the end. And they call that good? WHAT THE F*CK?

I mean i could go on and on but thats my rabble

In the US alone, during the year 2010, over 10 billion dollars was spent on video games. Going by that figure alone, I say that the future of gaming is looking pretty damn good!

Look at the current generation of video game consoles. Notice something peculiar? They aren't just video game consoles any more. They are entertainment devices. Not only can you play video games on your PS3/360/Wii, but you can also stream and download movies, music, interact with others who are subscribed to the service and a whole lot of other things that were not possible 10 years ago.

Then you cross over to handheld devices. No longer are you limited to a bulky cartridge, a handful of colours and no possible chance of making additions to the game. Your handheld devices can also play movies, music and even access the internet at the push of a button.

This is happening in the year 2011. With its limitations, a $300 gaming device is capable of doing now, what a $5000 device was not able to do 10+ years ago.

With the advancements of 3D gaming and motion sensors, there is no stopping the gaming industry. Through innovation, it will continue to evolve and succeed for many, many years.

With the recent death of the Wii, studies have shown that Xbox 360 is the leading console in the world, by sales.
I really have no idea what I'm talking about. I like turtles.

I really don't think so. More games are produced, much of it is just remakes. They can do futuristic games I guess, but I doubt many people would like it. The gaming companies need to slow down and take time to release a game to perfect it. Not pull some random crap out of their a*s like Call of Duty just trying to hit a deadline.

No and yes, I have noticed a few companies breaking up, good companies with valuable members, therefore it ruins it there, and Kinect wasn't great at all in my opinion, but with ps3 and xbox always having rivalries the two companies (sony and microsoft) Will most likely try to create bigger and better gaming software and new types of games, but with all the hacking they'll have to fix it, because most people loved hacking but now its gotten old, anyway thats my opinion.

Well, if Microsoftcan give us Kinect now, who knows what they'll be able to offer us in the future?

I find it outstanding that Nintendo can basically give us 3D without the glasses.

Sony, have Move, but I think that the FUTURE of gaming belongs to Nintendo, they go out the box, and that's what gave them the success that they had with the Wii.
