You'll need to start out with HTML and CSS. Both of which can be learned over at tizag.com. Then progress to either server side programming using Ruby (Rails), Python (Django) or PHP. Alternatively if you aren't interested in server side programming and would rather stick solely to the front-end of websites then look into JavaScript. Please also bear in mind that JavaScript is pretty handy in general regardless of whether you want to work on the back or front end of a website.

If you need any more help then feel free to pm me or contact me on aim @ JordanCallumA

All three would be required in combination.

It would depend on what platform you want to develop games for.
