Your never banned for no reason.
You have done something in the past that has obviously been noted by XBLET,
and the decided to take action against you.
It's not "A mistake",
as I'm sure the highly trained XBLET members would not back mark you if you were not supposed to be black marked,
Go to Xbox.com forums, post in the suspension section,
the person who banned you will reply ASAP with why your account was banned/suspended.
