Goldkills the average patch takes a week to make... this has taken way to long with IW knowing about it to not be fair. This bug was a fault in the game deveoplers so there is no way that you could get suspended over a fail in the game... just think about it Goldkills.

Yep even in small claims, it is a policy by most solicitors. If you have a solicitor that will not do that i would advise getting a new one it works in industrial tribunals, employment tribunals, small claims court, majistrates court and even crown court (although if you are going to crown court you should probably get a very good solicitor in which case if you lose you would still pay fees but if you win they would still be recovered from the other side) I used to work for a legal firm and have worked in finance for about 4 years so I have a lot of contact with legal firms on a whole range of matters.

Not sure tbh but it is here and i am sure in America too. If u ever need to go to court make sure you check it out tho otherwise you might lose some cash

Someone else also posted that they were banned for this Javelin Glitch.
My advice is......phone or e-mail microsoft and see if you can get it back.
