License transferring is legit because someone did buy it. They probably have a format set. Since you did one of the things they probably just sent you a letter not editing out the other 2 things you didn't do. Call them and ask what the first 2 things even mean and what you did.

Yea, it probally means license transferring... I hope not though I've license transferred the WAW Zombie Maps when Black Ops first came out, And Rezurrection because I already had The old maps and did not want to pay $20 for 1 map... I hope I don't get caught...
