well i think we need it to control the population in jail if the jail had to house them and feed them for the rest of there lives think of how much time money it saves to just uthinize the person lol uthinize is for animals but idk any other words

no....do you want a bunch of people filling up the prison for the rest of their life while you pay for it in your taxes to feed, cloth, and keep them warm. I say an eye for an eye. You kill someone...(under certain circumstances)...Then the same should be done to you. Dude I had to debate this at school. I could convince every single one of you why the Death Penalty should be in every state and why they should get rid of it. Just my opinion though. I don't want my tax money going to some criminals food clothing and stuff. I'd much rather have it go to something way better for the community.

If you did something bad enough to get the judge to give you the Death Penelty...You obviously did something bad, Like killing someone else or something.
