Honestly, it could go either way for me.

I don't think it is our place as humans to decided who lives and who dies, therefore there shouldn't be a death penalty.

Plus,

If you really think about it, and ask an inmate on death row that they would rather be killed than sit in jail for the rest of their life. I mean let them suffer the consequences and live a long, sad life behind bars.

However,

I do feel that some people do some horrific crimes that deserve a little higher punishment. Prisons may also get over crowded with out the death penalty.

I don't know man.. That's a hard one.

well in some cases yes.
like, if they escapes from prison after killing someone , then killed again.. the answer is ; KEEP IT THE SAME!

But if it was a first offence, give them their time in prison
