powerskater wrote Hey does somebody know how much hours per day I can play with my jtag for it not to overheat

1. Keep it well ventilated - don't just stick it in some hole in your entertainment center
2. Keep it laying down on it's side - It really does make about a 4 degree Centigrade difference on the GPU
3. Blow some compressed air into it once a week.
4. DO NOT lay it on carpet - blocks the ventilation holes and sucks crap into console.

Should be able to run it as much as you want - mine(5 of them) all run 24 hours a day as media center extenders.

This is just a theory of mine, but don't play it hard for x number of hours and then just shut it off smoking hot. Exit back to NXE dash and let it run for 10 minutes to cool back down to 80deg C before shutting off. That should help minimize warpage on the PCB.

I Will make sure to do this all the time lol

Good & Bad News.....

The bad news is that our last batch of consoles was a huge dud and only yielded 3 consoles. Unfortunately this has a huge impact on our ability to ship. We have 52 consoles en-route at the moment and we have our fingers crossed that half of them will be arriving tomorrow. As a result, the people who are underlined will definiately be experienceing a slight delay. These people will be given either some form of upgrade if they've alreay paid, or offered a discount on their invoice if they haven't. We feel badly but sometimes things our out of our control. Unfortunately we can't just 'run to the store' to get these items. This is subject to change depending on Fed-Ex and whether we can find ANY consoles locally that can be used.

The good news is that our new IR station arrived and within a few weeks we hope to be doing complete reballing, and replacing the silver solder with lead solder.
