Doesnt Matter U still need to Adjust whatever Fan u put in a jtag to 90 to 100 percent....The Jtag Normally Makes the Console Hot....
But u need to Adjust every console to that speed setting....

So if I pay $200 for the xenon jtag, is that all i need (besides kv's) to start up lobbys?

And where can i get keyvaults cheaply but properly coded?

You need the files, patch, Xex Menu 1.1, and KoDeMaN sells Keyvaults.
