In the dashboard go to System Settings then go to Console Settings then scroll down to System Info and it will be displayed there. If it is 7371 or lower then it is Jtagable.

What one is kernal ? The K ? If so it is 00;00;00;01;00 amd some more zeros .
Don't select System Info, just hover over it and it will be on the side. It will say Dashboard: 2.0.whatever dash you have. If you do select it, it is listed as D;
