Honestly I prefer Trance way more over dub. Dubstep is too filthy most of the time. I like synthesizer like music.

Then try hardtrance. Mixing trance and hard dance goes very well, and there usually isn't much vocals in it. But I guess I know what you mean, sometimes the vocals gets too cheesy and girly for me lol. But in this scene, I've learned to except it because its hard to get away from, just gotta accept it.
But yes DJ Dean is really good. I'll dump moar.
