aup m8 i've just finised my ict degree, i used w3schools, mainnly for codin it's brill, also the help gudie in the vb software, there all very usefull

Ok cheer's man i was just loooking at w3schools website there seems pretty good thanks for the tip i'll be sure to check it out!

TTG_Noscopes is correct W3schools is a good starting point. But if you [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for some tuts you will get endless results.

As you go along and come up with more specific searches thats when things will get better. But for now just look for starter tuts. Things like creating calculators in VB and programs like notepad.exe, then try to add your own creative functions to them for practice.

Nice work on the program. I did something similar but I made simple icons on the desktop (XP) that would run the shutdown or reboot commands.
