ok well one time i got this iphone from att and then i took the sim out and went to my network and they unlocked it for me right in the store for my network just see if your network will do that for you iff not see if ultrasn0w has been updated for later versions

to me i dont think so it just updates little features that nobody uses anyways

Yes upgrrade now, 3.1.3 firmware is not able to look at the app store on there devices, 4.0 will be next
