If you want IEMs, I'd go with the Brainwavz M2 and save some money. They look fantastic, are built well, and are the best you'll get at their price point.

For over-ear cans, the Koss DJ100 would be my choice. In my experience and from research, they're also the best at their price point.

Also, i would probably use these headphones to watch youtube videos.. so i want something with comfort .

I'd get the Audio Technica ATH-M50s. They have a neutral signature, so they will do very well with any type of music. They're built extremely well, are very comfortable, and are easily the best at their price point.

They're V-Moda's first audiophile-grade product. It has been recieved EXTREMELY well by the audio community, because it is a truly great headphone. It looks great, it sounds great, and it even has the Controltalk feature.

For rap, the Hippo VBs are exactly what you want. They're easily the best bassy IEM at their price point.

You do have to get them directly from Jaben, but this is a reputable seller, so no worries here.

The only downside might be the stock tips, which have a large port. For these, I would definitely get a set of Comply foam tips. Here's the list of compatible models. These will make them much more comfortable and they will stay in better. I've also heard they help sound quality, as well.

These. They're custom molded IEMs. However, rap and dubstep will never be able to do them justice. I strongly suggest you go with something cheaper. Would you like to reconsider your budget?

Hmm, you mean raise it? I can raise it, to whatever amount you need me to. How much do I need to raise it?

EDIT: Go with what ever you feel will do the job, price doesn't matter.

I'm saying you should definitely lower it. Dubstep and rap have nowhere near enough detail or intricacies to justify such a budget. The UE References are for listening to well-mastered, high-bitrate, and very detailed music. I'm talking classical, jazz, etc. Rap and dubstep have none of these qualities. Odds are your music is low-bitrate, and coming straight out of an iPod will again, not do these justice.

The highest-end I would go for IEMs would be the Sennheiser IE8s. They're bassy, and absolutely incredible at their price point. Trust me, you don't want to spend that much on IEMs in your situation. Also, when you say no budget, keep in mind that I can help you get a headphone rig that would set you back over $30,000.
