One of the best setups you can get for your money is the Sennheiser HD650 paired with an Audinst HUD-MX1. The MX1 is a USB DAC/amp combo that is powerful enough to take the veil (as it's commonly referred to) off of the HD650's sound. Amps that are not powerful enough can't bring them to their full potential, basically. The DAC is also just fantastic on the MX1.

The HD650s are by no means portable, though. You can pretty much rule out using them with an iPod since the iPod is not able to power them and they the design is not conducive to being portable. If you want some more portable headphones that are also an industry standard for production, the Audio Technica ATH-M50s are the best choice. They use a closed design, can be powered by anything, fold up, and have a neutral sound signature that you want for production of music.

The HD650s are known for their accurate representation of the source, making them perfect for producers or audio engineers. They need a fairly powerful amplifier to reach their full potential, but that should not be a a problem for you with the MX1. They are not closed headphones, but the open design is best for headphones of this quality. If you absolutely must have closed headphones, just tell me.

Koss Portapros. They are bassy, small, built well, come with a lifetime warranty, and are one of the best deals in audio right now. The only better deal is the Koss KSC75 or KSC35, which are both virtually identical to the Portapro but much cheaper. The design is much different, and you should get the kind you prefer. I'd have a hard time recommending any other on-ear headphones until the ~$150 price point.

Come on, man. I'm trying to do you a favor. "What Ever" is not very helpful. 0-100 is also too wide of a range, especially since you gave me almost nothing else.

If you want over-ear headphones, the Audio Technica ATH-M50s go for $120 and have a neutral signature so they do well with all music. They're the best bang for your buck at their price point, easily. They'll also wipe the floor with everything you have now!

Ultrasone Pro 750s will also do extremely well with electronic and bassy music, but they are by no means neutral like the M50s. If you need them to use an open design, the Audio Technica AD900s are a great option.

If you would prefer IEMs, there are quite a few options. The Klipsch Image X10 is on sale for really cheap right now for under $150. The Ultimate-Ears Triple-Fi 10 is a great deal right now as well, and fits the bill for what you want. I'd be hesitant to spend more on IEMs, but that's just me. The durability just isn't there.
