Hey, i know this is the wrong section so don't reply with that. I posted it here because i know most people in clans have HDPVRs.

The problem is i record my clip with total media extreme and when i play it back it's not laggy or anything. I import the clip into sony vegas pro 10 and it lags the preview or it crashes sony vegas.

Can anyone help me with this? If so...

This happened to me alot, but once I uploaded it to Youtube it Ran fine.

Didn't help. If you read it, it says Sony Vegas crashes. So i can't do shit with a clip.
