this is what u do u go to your local game renting store like blockbusters and u rent the game thats broken and keep the rented game and put the broken in and the next day u return with a sob story saying the disc is broken

buy a used mw3 get the 7 day used guarantee then take your scratched one and replace it with the other one and take it back about 4 days works every time
