Learning wrote where do i get banish weapons? im lvl 7

You will find them around Skyrim, you can find them on enemies, in chests and in dungeons

You will probably need to level up to about level 15 though to find them

A Banishing staff can be found at the shrine of mehrunes dago

That location can be found during the quest pieces of the past at dawn star

This is also a daedric quest

earlier my potions i created were at 18% now its at 4% even with in fact all my potions are weak my restore health one restores 6 points with level 100 alchemy help!

Probably very strong poisons, they should heal instead of damage
