Ya man if you look at the next death after that one of the guys hes only level 26 he had the M9 emblem and a silver title. So what im trying to say is that all these guys did a challenge lobby or something to unlock it all.

Tested and failed theories:
-Getting 1000 kills with an AC130 unlocks the MW1 10th prestige emblem NOT the Mw2 one.

-Unlocking all prestige challenges
-Unlocking all gun challenges
-ALL chalenges complete. Even the basic ones.
-All challenges and all achievements
-100 Days Played
-1000 Nukes
-Veteran completed in single player, 3 stars on spec ops, all MP challenges?

But also keep in mind that it may be VERY EASY to unlock as seen in this video LOOK AT 0:44:
Note* This was a video released BEFORE the game was released, so this is most likely IW staff playing.

That's pretty crazy. I doubt it though, i think that emblem is unlocked by getting some sort of number of accolades, considering accolades have no importance. That might be the purpose of them.

COMPLETE ALL PRESTIGE CHALLENGES WHILE IN TENTH PRESTIGE get(1000 kills) with ALL KILLSTREAKS,DROP A CRATE ON AN ENEMY,250 KNIFE,FLASH BANG AND STUN GRENADE KILLS AND 1000 KILLS WITH SILENCED WEAPON!
