You can have armors that have lower DT but have really good enchantments on

Like the daedric artifact "ebony mail"

It's lower in strength but it's enchantments are amazing

The best are ones who dont have extra skill points at the start

Let's say you be a dark elf, you get 50 extra magika point
If you're a khajit, you get like skill bonuses which you get Playing through the game anyway

1. Buy a house, it's your best bet or you can store it in places like guilds (companions HQ was my first) and they won't disappear
2. To enchant items you need;
-any soul gem (grand or black soul gems are best)
-an item to enchant
-the enchantment itself
To obtain the enchantment, find a piece of apparel or weapon with the enchantment on
Let's say I wanted a health enchantment, I'll buy anything that has health enchantments on it then when you have the item, go to an arcane enchanter and disenchant the item giving you the enchantment
Now just select the 3 items and craft
3.for sneaking, get the muffle boots(thieves guild and dark brotherhood apparel)
Have the daedric artifact 'ebony mail', the enchantment on it is amazing
Or just enchant each item yourself and have a full set of fortify sneak

Nope, unless their is a mod for respawning NPC then ask someone that mods

are there any specific places where you can find armor to increase your blacksmithing? like the stuff that makes ur blacksmithing better by lets say 12%. i found gloves last night but i want a full set so when i make things they are really good and so when i increase them thy are amazing!

Yes it does, it's a one handed weapon meaning it affects all 1 handed weapon including daggers
