You can just change the boot drive in the bios can't you?

There are ways to keep your current installation. This will require you to boot up the motherboard with no PCI slots filled, then one filled, then two etc and let it re-detect every single part seperately.

If you don't do this, there's a slim chance it will work but an even bigger chance it will mess up the IRQs and for instance try to use your Hard drive as a graphics card xD

If you decide to go with the dual SLI remember to upgrade your PSU to atleast 850w-900w
