When it was Christmas (2011), and i had not recieved a Online Pass with my game (it was used, i dont know if that has anything to do with it), and i'm not going to pay $10 for an online pass when it should have been free to begin with. Should i go to GameStop and complain or what because i already tried to contact THQ but they were no help what so ever

You bought it used. That's why. The person who bought it new already used the code and then sold it back. You can't complain, you have to buy a new Online Pass now.

Well if you bought a used game of course it's not going to have an unused online pass. Unless you were very lucky that previous owner didn't have Xbox Live or just didn't use it.

No its not that, i've gotten used games before and they came with online passes. What i mean is, there was no actual pass in the case, used or not.

in my gamestop one of the employees said that if the code doesnt work all i have to do i pop into the store and ask for a new one
