To be honest, I have a feeling that no one has actually completed every prestige challenge, for every weapon and every killstreak/random challenge. So how do we know that completing every prestige challenge at tenth prestige isn't true?

This guy is claiming to have gotten it legit, but he could have just gotten into a lobby and then made a fake video. So, I guess there is no way to tell if someone HAS gotten it legit due to all the hacking and modding of Modern Warfare 2 as a whole because if someone claims to have gotten it the real way, the first thing that comes to my mind is, "Oh, they just hacked and are lying." Due to this mental mindset, we will never find out how to get this emblem the legit way. However, this is just my personal opinion.

i have the emblem and no i didnt get it legit lool but nowadays modern warfare 2 is just 1 hacked game evrybody has been in 1 modded lobby whether it is speed hack slow motion hack gamertag hack 10th prestige hack there are only a handfull of legit players out there ! i hope black ops aint the same :/

maybe it hasnt came out yet or released thats what I heard. But its weird how at :44 seconds this level 39 has it. IW is just really gay with it why would they make an emblem and not let player be able to unlock it. I have all titles and emblems accept this one and it's so annyoing seeing that 1 not unlocked.
