Start with 20 sit ups, then do 30 seconds of crunches, and repeat taking 10 min breaks every time - do this for about 10 sec every day. This is what i do and it works;)

You cant get a six pack from working out. It depends on your genes you get from your parents.
All ab work outs just get what ever pack you have more defined
Some people will have a 4 some 6 or even 8. Doing ab work outs doesnt get you from a 4 to 6 or 6 to 8 just defines your pack

Actually, i'm female, and even I was lesbian I would still think a six pack would be hot on guys.
