If something has zero mass, such as a Gamma Ray, how is it matter?

I dont think there is anything with 0 mass. Everything has a mass i think...

Gamma rays carry energy via electron particles, think about heat from the sun. There is no mass to the sunlight yet you can feel the heat on your skin.
