It's also probably because you have your family settings on that doesn't allow you play Gears of War3 because it is a rated "M" Game that is bloody, Gory, & cusses a lot. Try turning your family settings off.

I recommend trying two things.

1. Change the settings as to what your profile can do and what games you can play.

2. Go to "System Settings" and then "Storage", highlight your hard drive, press "Y" and select Clear cache. After doing this go and play GOW3, but you will be prompted to download the most recent update for the game as all updates will have been deleted during the cache clearing.

The same thing is happening to me but on both of my accounts.

Seems to be happening to TONS of people including myself...
did you guys do the war supporter "glitch"
boost reconnaissance ribbon?

I did those two but barely on the reconnaissance ribbon and as for war supporter I got onyx then stopped doing it. These were both done a looooong time ago and I doubt they would ban for that.

All I know is I am SUPER pissed off right now, if you ever figure out why or what we can do to get unbanned let me know please

Call them up and they'll let you know if you are really banned or not.
