Today I saw a topic named "The Falling Sensation" by: FuNcTioNz
You can look at his post here.
And yes he did PM me calling me a Troll, to give him the credit, and called me a bunch of  words for stealing his post, which I didn't really do.
Im sorry for the confusion we had "FuNcTioNz"
As I read FuNcTioNz post "The Falling Sensation", It made me think for a bit. As I was thinking, I remembered a feeling kind of like his "Falling Sensation" that I experience quite often. The experience that occurs is like "The Falling Sensation", but after the falling sensation I shake or jolt like I fell of something.I call this "The Shake/Jolting Sensation" I believe The Shaking Sensation happens right before sleep paralyses sets in. The shake or jolting isn't that big, but its enough to wake me up every time. The sensation almost feels like seeing a pop-up scene in a move when your half-asleep and it scares the S*** out of you and startles you nerves . After this Shake/Jolting Sensation occurs I wake up and always wonder what has happened. I cant really come up with an explanation for The Falling Sensation , or The Shake/Jolting Sensation.
Post below and comment If you have ever felt The Falling Sensation , or The Shake/Jolting Sensation.
How was my grammar and spelling this time? You grammar and spelling Nazi's LOL

Happens to me too sometimes. You might not remember dreaming but you probably were. You forget dreams easily. It was probably something to due with the dream.

Usually for me, my leg just jolts upward. I think it happens to everyone before sleep paralysis.

This happens to me on a basis. I've always been curious about what causes it.

That's interesting. Another strange thing that happens is if I'm sitting in pitch darkness and I adjust my eyes for a while without blinking, ilthe brightness of the room starts flickering. Its weird.
