Well, My friend is in a bit of a tricky situation here and I don't have a clue how to help him or what to tell him to do. I will go through what happened. Last night he stupidly gave some 'Randomer' his details to do some modding/glitching for him, It all back fired on him. The guy did NOT do the Modding or Glitching, What he did was buy 4200 MSP of his mums credit card and change his Email and Password from what I have gathered from my friend. Microsoft has refunded the Money that was spent and his mum has froze her card So they can no longer buy stuff on the account. He has asked me to post this on here for your help and opinions on what to do.
If you have any suggestions or ideas on what to do it would be great. Thank you.

Well he could call up Xbox, and complain that this was his account. Other than that really nothing much. Start fresh, but don't be gullible and give details away.

Don't hate people...
Most gamers have done this before and learned from the mistake.

TTG can do something, Someone might of gone through this situation before and managed to solve it. So thats why he is asking for opinions on what to do/Suggestions.

He should do nothing. It was his fault in the first place for giving out his details.

He has learned never to give away his account(s) information. Now, he can contact Microsoft and report that his account was stolen. They'll lock his account for the investigation and won't reopen the account for a few weeks. The person, who stole the account may receive a console ban.
