Definately contact support, but the investigations no longer take weeks, more like 3 days unless very complicated. And then again, never ever share your login information.

I did not give my account to anyone but I did sign up for playfire which was a mistake. But if you have the original Service Request number what you can to is try to sign in to live.com with it. And change your password, I don't recall the steps clearly but the email will be like this

TTG can do something, Someone might of gone through this situation before and managed to solve it. So thats why he is asking for opinions on what to do/Suggestions.
I went through this -_-. I called xbox and gave them the information i used for the account. They ask you a bunch of verification questions to see if your the actual owner. I actually got mine back after 2 months. If he can find the original info that he put in for everything he will most likely be able to get it back if he goes through with the process of xbox.
