Boot it up and press F8 and you will get the restore to factory defaults. Select that!

First of all in order:

1. In the startup menu type System Restore, give it time, then restart computer

2. When it's starting up, keep pressing the F8 key, brings you to boot up screen,

not sure what it will say next but when you see it you'll know its that, then follow

on screen instructions, if problems persist contact windows.

Go To Control Panel Then Go To User Accounts Then Go To Account Type And Change It To Admin.

when your computer first starts up it gives you options to press like F12 or F8 or something well press the settings one and you can setup a new admin account there

How ???
