first dont lie to your self right now lol i dont care you dont bench 250 a six pack dont mean anything and crossfit isnt a joke they do more endurance then you probaly

lol ill believe you can bench 250 the day you post a video of you benching 250 untill then keep your lies to yourself. oh and BTW i see scronny little kids that dont work out with six packs.
