its been scientifically proven kid when i was ur age i actually "researched" building muscle at an early age will affect your growth (becomming taller) especially upper body training.
So what are you trying to say?

whats your weight height etc.

im 18, 88kg/

bench 6 reps of 90kg/ 210 pounds
deadlift 6 reps of 105kg/ 230 pounds
squat 6 reps of 100kg/ 230 pounds ( going quite low)

i bet most of the people here don't lift

I take a weight training period(about 1 hour 30, then have lacrosse/conditioning after school for 2 hours 30.

Very nice and well in football there are some fat people so i mean you will be ok if you are fat or big they will put you on the line:)

Ive got a few points to say, #1 is that its quite a stupid question saying does anyone on here workout, the TTG community is huge so im sure there is bound to be. #2 is that if your are working out at such a young age and if you are not lying, you are doing exercise everyday you can just say good bye to your growth.

Not being a **** I'm just saying.
