If you have Wireshark, give it a run to see what kind of traffic is incoming/outgoing on your server.
As for the 30 second unplug method, don't even bother. Unplug it for a good 2 minutes. Could be a ddos attack, piss anyone off lately? Any suspicions about DDOS you need to give your ISP a call. Definitely try rebooting the router.
Run>Cmd> ipconfig/flushdns
Try checking your router control panel too - ports in/out etc.
Oh and for the love of god, use a VPN connection for your Xbox. Prevents any type of attack at all, especially DDOS.
Just asking for help, dont need to be rude.
As for the tips, ill give them a try

Try releasing and renewing IP.Otherwise leave the xbox/router off for the night.
For releasing/renewing IP:
cmd<ipconfig /release
then,
ipconfig /renew
Unplug router for 2 minutes with xbox off, retry the connection.
Double check your Xbox's ip (In Xbox system network settings) Matches the IP that is in your router control panel under Applications and Gaming where it says 'To Ip Address'
