i do 100 crunches run 1 mile walk 3 50 push ups and a PROTIEN SHAKE

I lift weights when I feel like it, I do not have a routine. I do it when I can be bothered usually every other night or something.

i disagree without working out a young age stunts your growth.

if your doing high repetition your a building up your strength and tenique for when the heavy lifting comes into play your already to go

Does anybody have any tips for a six pack? I have been working on it for a couple of weeks by doing stuff like sit ups and crunches.

Max Leg press: 700
Max squat: 400

I do this 4 times a week
