Im new to Jtag's/RGH and i wanted to know before i infect my retail through system link if i can get banned from hosting xp lobbies with my retail by infecting it with my JTag/RGH. Im thinking that i have a chance of getting banned and i just wanna know the chances/odds of my retail getting banned.

Your profile can be banned, and it has been happening pretty often I've heard from multiple people. I haven't heard of anyone getting console banned for doing mw2 infections.

Always keep in mind that there is a possibility of being banned for any type of modding on the xbox 360. Whether it be something small(like gamerscore modding) or something big(like rank modding on multiplayer games), there is always a possibilty.
If you dont want to risk getting your retail banned I'd suggest you stick offline on your rgh. There are a lot more fun things to do with it then to just cheat on multiplayer games

1- Playing iso's(or burned games if your drive is flashed)
2- Emulators(of course )
3- Customizing the dash and utilizing a lot of the great homebrew that is out there
Those are just the first three that came to mind.

you can get console banned when i had 3 profiles banned in a week they console banned me

Is the only way to play games without a disk on your RGH to get the dvd drive flashed?

You'd still need to have the disk even if it's flashed...
You can play games without the disks in xexmenu. You just need to put the ISO on your harddrive.

then whats the point of getting your dvd drive flashed? when i buy my RGH i want to make sure that i can play games without a disk and download games for free
