I go to my school's gym after school for about an hour and a half usually 2-3 times a week. I bench, upright bench, I use a pec deck, curls, crunches, jump-rope, leg press, pull-ups/chin-ups and run 10-15 laps around my school and up and down stairs.
It's really worth the effort and pain, you should check out your local gym.

I work out at home I just do free weights like hammer curls, military press, flys, chest press, pushups, core stuff and my physical therapy for my shoulder.
