Do this my friends to this and they dunk pretty well squat heavy weights for a week then rest for a few days or take no rest and they say it feels easier which makes it easier, im not 100% if this works just what they do.

Heres how i added 24 inches to my veritical..

Go on some steps, and lift yourself up, like hang the back of your feet off the steps, and leave ur toes and a little bit more on the steps, and do 3 sets of 20 a day for 4 weeks!
