If your game can't boot I suggest getting the TU from your retail and then extracting the files from it with Horizon then placing them in your game directory on your JTAG/RGH's HDD.

They all go in the root of your Black Ops directory and the TU00000 file goes in your cache.

can The black ops game itself be copied to the jtag via usb if it is a game-on-demand that I have installed to the usb?

There's no proof there that I got it from that person you mentioned. We were playing with multiple people on TTG days before we released. We did not get it from anybody.

No because you won't be able to place the modded files in the GOD. Just extract the files from it and put it on your JTAGs HDD.
