Okay this may be a lot, but I need your guys' help. I'm going to state my situation starting from the beginning.
So, I made an xbox account. I didn't get a free month because I made too many accounts, so I had to buy a month of membership. Soo I buy it, and turn off automatic renewal. Soo the time comes where my live is about to run out and Xbox being the scammers they are, turn automatic renewal back on. I then get charged for another month. My parents don't pay for that month and I was then in debt on my account. I went on the xbox website and chatted with a staff member. We went through the steps and I payed off my $11 debt. Next, I buy another month of membership. Soo this time my membership ran out about 2 weeks before christmas and they didn't turn auto renewal back on so it didn't charge me again. I then waited til christmas to get more live. Christmas day comes and I get a lot of money. Two days later, on the 27th, I buy MW3 and a one year XBL subscription. I go home and enter everything. I then had a full xbl subscription. About a week or two later after getting bored of MW3 I decide to go on netflix (netflix updated so it doesn't do it for that anymore, but one app that i know still does it is hulu plus). I open it up and it says "You must sign into an account with Xbox Live GOLD" . I obviously had gold because i just entered a 12 month from bestbuy, and i was previously playing online on games and could join parties and stuff. I then try other apps. They all say the same thing. Sooo i decide to chat xbl support again and they try having me do stuff such as delete my account then recover it. Nothing works. And i still get the same error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Additional:
- I'm 100000% sure I have xbl gold
- This is a fairly new account
- I have done tons of stuff to try and fix it
- I chatted XBL Support and they gave me tons of stuff to try and do, nothing worked. They then said something along the lines of "We are going to move your case to a further ranked specialist." I then get a call about a month later that they have received my message so I go on the website again and chat a higher ranked person. They give me some stuff to do but nothing works again. They then say the same thing about moving it to a higher specialist and, 4 months later, no response. I think they don't know how to fix it

Error with the system maby like when i tried to send messages xbox said i could not send them

That has happened to me with the YouTube App. There is NO fix. A Xbox Specialist couldn't even fix it. Sorry man.

delete the netflix app and all the updates on ur harddrive an now download again
