Seems that you can't do that. You must have the original boot CD in order to fix it. You were supposed to create one when you first got the computer when it was being set up. But I found a video that might help, the process wont be easy but it works. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

But if you want to save a bit of money you can go the DIY route. Glad I could help and sorry I couldn't get you back up and running. But that's what happens when Microsoft is stingy and don't allow you to create a recovery disc without a working PC. :|
