I do target a certain criteria. People who have helped the community, and people who work the most here, which I believe it to be the Graphics guys.

I will NOT just give it to a random.

I've gifted gold to people who have deserved it, but when I've not got enough money to buy my own, suddenly everything I've done for the community has dissapeared..

Lol, its got nothing to do with rep its got to do with if you help people like GFX or Like you said coding you not going to get Gold if you do nothing ?

Do you know anyone who can do a design for me for some rep? Not an avatar or siggy, but design and edit a sketch I made.

I've asked like 4 people but they never got back to me. They took the rep, but didn't do the design.
