Hmm, are you trying to launch it from a disc/usb/hdd ?

What are you saying what files does it install does it install a audio file

Is your disk scratched you may have a miss matched drive key

Hmm, for the hell of it, make another freeboot image, see if it will let you sync the controller. If that doesn't work, your sync button is broken. Another one needs to be swapped onto your motherboard;

My best advice would be to just buy a plug and play kit.
